** - Becomes 100 after defeating him the first time in Hades Cup
Preparation: Cloud isn't too hard a boss, but he does have an annoying trait of doing a lot of damage if you're low level. Because this is Coliseum, you have no choice but to use your items and spells to keep you going in the fight. All in all, after you beat Cloud in the prelims you should have an idea of what he can and can't do. When you go to battle him, make sure you have Dodge Roll.
Defense: Cloud's Buster Sword has a long reach and strong attack power. Out of all the human bosses you fight in the Coliseum, he is the strongest (with exception of Sephiroth.) His main defense is the sword itself, which allows him to have a long reach. He has one normal defense of putting his sword in front of him, which renders him invulnerable to physical attack. This is a bit annoying, as magic doesn't hurt Cloud much - Thunder seems to work pretty well though. Cloud in the later cups also gains the ability to fly for a brief time, where he charges up, grows a wing and flies around rapidly, slashing at you when he gets close. Other than that, he is almost untouchable when doing Sonic Blade. Almost, but not quite, as evidenced when Rahal beat Cloud in an anime-esque fashion of attacking at the same time - except she came out the winner, and Cloud, the loser. ^__^
Strategy: Cloud, like Leon, usually calls out right before he attacks. You'll notice it eventually. His main attack is Sonic Blade, which allows him to slide across the arena and attack anything in his way. Usually this attack will hit Donald and Goofy, if they're near him. Use your minions as a distraction while you wait for the opportunity to hit Cloud. You can use Dodge Roll to avoid his slashes, or you can counter his attacks for Tech Points if you time it right. Sonic Blade doesn't last very long, but the time you're waiting for is when he jumps into the air and tries to stab you from above with the Buster Sword. While his sword is stuck in the ground, you have a second of opportunity to attack him. Usually your end combo will knock him away, if you manage to get in that final blow. He will usually end up blocking one of your attacks and countering with his own. Unless you fighting time battle, you shouldn't worry about beating him quickly. Once you recognize Cloud's pattern, he is easy enough to defeat. In a time battle however, you just have to be quicker to attack and not so worrisome about your HP. By then your Cure magic should well be able to compensate for the damage you take.

* - Becomes 100 after defeating Cerberus the first time
Preparation: Cerberus is one bad puppy. Preferably, you'd have gotten Ifrit's Horn after defeating the Trickmaster in Wonderland before trying to defeat Cerberus. Aside from that, the usual equipment of Potions and Ethers should aid you in defeating him. In Hades Cup, you'll want to have Aero and Cure as well in your shortcuts. That's pretty much a given.
Defense: Cerberus only has three targets; his three heads. The worst thing you want is to get bitten by one of them, so obviously standing in front of those very large teeth is a bad idea. That said, this pup has height as well. Unless you have the High Jump ability, you probably can't really reach those heads when Cerberus is standing up and walking around. You must wait until he lowers himself and tries to bite at you. It is possible to climb onto Cerberus' back, but it doesn't do much good as his heads extend out of Keyblade reach most of the time. Thunder is the best magic spell to use against Cerberus, while the other spells aren't of much use.
Strategy: When you fight Cerberus for the first time, take notice of his attacks. His stomping shockwave is easily jumped over. You should always be on the move, keeping your target lock on one of the side heads. Usually his dark energy breath will keep you moving, but stay around the vicinity of Cerberus's legs to be sure you don't get hit by his fireball breath. Then, when he finally stops and lowers himself down to attack with biting, you'll notice he pauses between each bite. Each pause allows you to attack him, which you should do from the side. You probably can't get in a long combo before he bites back, but if your attack is timed right, it's possible to defend it and get Tech Points. Overall, the battle is again a matter of patience and correct timing, waiting for the right opportunities to strike. When on time battle, you should simply try and swat this dog as quickly as possible, but obviously you'll have to wait until he stops moving. That will eat up some time, but don't worry. If you are strong and quick enough, you'll make up for time lost in the smaller battles of Hades Cup.
