BOSSES - Hollow Bastion
Dark Riku (with Sword)
Preparation: With Donald and Goofy beside you, Aero and Cure are your next best friends. Dodge Roll as well. By now, you might have MP Rage and MP Haste too, one or the other, or both. Strike Raid could also come in, but Riku is quick.
Defense: Riku's defenses are simple. He's very quick, does a lot of damage with just a few hits, and he is invulnerable to magic.
Strategy: Luckily you get your Keyblade back to fight Riku, because there's no way you'd beat him with a teeny wooden toy sword. The key to this fight is dodging the swift attacks and recognizing Riku's patterns. Then, it's a matter of getting close enough to hit him. Riku has a quick lunge attack that's a little bit like Sonic Blade, as well as a fast double-slash with his sword. Save your MP for Aero casting and Cure. Other than that, you can destroy the pots around the room for extra HP balls.
Maleficent
Preparation: Have Gravity in your shortcuts, along with Aero and Cure. Dodge Roll probably is going to come in useful as well. Item slots filled with Magic and HP replenishers, save and proceed to battle the mistress of all evil.
Defense: In this battle, Maleficent and her platform which she floats on are two targets. Thunder and physical attacks are best, although by now the Keyblade is your best weapon. She will cast Dark Meteor, which summons up a huge meteor (duh) that can cause lots of damage, and will also summon up Defenders to help her.
Strategy: Bring Maleficent down to your level by casting Gravity on the platform she stands on. When she's down, jump onto that platform and hit her with as many combos as you can. Eventually you'll probably get whacked off by her staff or a spell, and if she casts Dark Meteor then run or dodge roll away before it hits you. Use the landscape, and the Defenders are there to provide lots of MP balls.
Maleficent Dragon
Preparation: Before going into this battle, be sure your meters are full and you've saved. Equip anti-fire and anti-dark if you want, but overall just make sure your stats are high as they can get. Put Ethers or Elixirs into your item slots. You might want to also have Strike Raid in your abilities, and also use Glide. The usual Aero, Cure, and Dodge Roll apply. Also be ready to summon. And, if you have it by now, Second Chance will be a lifesaver.
Defense: As a huge dragon, Maleficent is vulnerable only on her head. She's a huge fire-breathing dragon, and very powerful at that, which makes this battle one of the toughest of the game, as things can get fairly confusing really fast.
Strategy: Right as you begin the battle, summon Tinkerbell. She'll fly around you constantly and heal you, and if you die you have one last chance. After you summon Tinkerbell, cast your Aero shield (should be Aerora now) and get to work. Either be gung ho and try the full frontal attack (side too), or you can go the other way and try to climb atop the dragon's back and hit her with Strike Raid. The first way can be quite dangerous, as Maleficent's attacks are all in the front as she breathes out green flames, bites, stomps, claws, and tail-whacks everything around her into oblivion. On her back, you're safe for a little while. If you fall off, you can get back up on her back by running to the far ledges, jumping and gliding back on. Or you could just attempt to jump back on, but you'll likely get hit one way or another. This battle is tough because of its long duration (she's got one of the longest bars of HP in the game) and her attacks are very damaging. Good luck!
Dark Riku (with Keyblade)
Preparation: Same preparations as before when you fought Dark Riku with the sword. You'll also want Counterattack, Guard, and perhaps Ars Arcanum and Strike Raid if you have the AP for it. Dodge Roll is a must, along with Aerora and Cura. Glide will help out.
Defense: Again, Riku here (although he's not quite himself) is fast and magic doesn't hurt him. Perhaps, even faster than before. At least he has a wider variety of attacks, amongst them a Strike Raid-esque ability, and also a powered up attack where he flies around the area in rapid succession.
Strategy: The way to defeat Riku is simple. Try to time your attacks to block his (this is easier said than done) and counterattack. He doesn't slow down to let you fight him, although he does seem a bit cocky. If he throws his keyblade at you, you could try to counter it with your own attack and knock it back at him, but this is hard to do. When Riku goes on his powerfest and starts zooming around, jump up and Glide around until he's done. That attack ends with a final burst of energy up from the ground, so be careful about getting hit. If you need space to recast Aerora or cast Cura to heal, then make space as soon as you can. Donald and Goofy can't help you here, so you're on your own. If you have Guard equipped, try to block Riku's attack and send him off balance. If this happens, whack away at him, or try to use the Ars Arcanum ability for mega-combos. Get back at Riku for all those times he beat you on Destiny Islands!

Preparation: Not much preparation is required to fight the Behemoth, but consider that it can do some damage. Again, the usual Aero and Cure should be your mainstays, and there shouldn't be much need for Dodge Roll. Ars Arcanum or Strike Raid can help in dealing damage.
Defense: Behemoth's sole vulnerable spot is the central horn on its head. Aside from that, it does some damage if you get hit with a hoof, or struck with one of its spells. Behemoth is also immune to all spells except Gravity, which doesn't do much damage either.
Strategy: Strategy simply involves getting on the Behemoth's back and whacking away. Occassionally, the Behemoth will lower its horn making it accessible to your minions (whose A.I. probably isn't intelligent enough to have them follow you up the Behemoth's back. Either way, lock onto the horn and whack away until its HP meter is depleted. If you happen to fall off, just circle around and get back on.
